He did 4 veneers in 2002, because he shamed me into it. During the procedure, one of his associates compromised the finish by polishing so that at least one tooth was matte. I was sedated, but coming out of it, and heard the two say my teeth looked more natural this way. I paid a great deal of money to have the job done right, and I felt that it wasn't. When I went back for a final checkup, I confronted him with the fact that I knew the procedure was botched and that I felt that some sort of refund was in order. He gave me a $600 check and a $600 credit on future work. Since the original work, 4 veneers have fallen off, the last one lost completely with a need to replace at $1700, up from $1500 a veneer in 2002. Not so "permanent" or lasting, if you ask me.
