This is a very friendly and knowledgeable office. The office manager went out of her way to explain how the office works. She was very knowledgeable about procedures and fees and went out of her way to make me feel comfortable. Dr. Williams is very high tech and and explained each procedure in detail.
About Front Desk: Front desk staff was wonderful. She went out of her way to explain insurance and billing. I felt very comfortable.
