Had a root canal. I have a tiny mouth, taking x-rays has in the past always been a painful procedure for me and I have had several negative experiences with dental care. So, I was terrified to walk into Dr. Zongkers office. I am so glad I did! :)
What an absolute delight to be treated by Dr. Zongker. He has invested in an x-ray machine unlike any I have ever seen. It was entirely painless.
His office is welcoming as soon as you open the door. It feels comforting, inviting, and clean.
His office staff is also very kind and caring. From the receptionist who quickly and compassionately drew up paperwork I needed for my insurance to the Dental assistant who stayed by my side during the entire procedure and soothed me through my fears and concerns. She tapped the side of my left arm in a gentle rhythmic pattern that helped me to not focus on the numbing needles.
Dr. Zongker is a warm and sensitive doctor who clearly cares for his patients. He explained the procedure, answered my questions, and prepared me along the way. The music in the background was soothing & this office supports the military by accepting United Concordia.
I am impressed and I wish all my dentists could be like Dr. Zongker.
