I was the type of patient that feared the dentist and an office visit was always a tense undertaking. Then when in need of a root canal I was refered to Dr. Factor. From the time I was greeted by his wonderful staff I felt at ease. Dr. Factor took the time to consult with me and keep me informed on every step of the treatment process and ensured all my questions where answered. During the procedure he took great care to make sure I was in no pain and comfortable. His dedication to his craft and the sincere care he gives, makes the dentist a welcomed relief not a scary propasition. I would definitiley reccomend anyone to Dr. Factor.
