Today, I went in to have some bondings replaced that had popped out or fallen out. These bondings, Dr Rudnick had done & since it was his work, I assumed he would take responsibility for the bondings not lasting over 2 years- bondings that I had paid for!!
I had the work redone & Tammy ( his right hand) did a fabulous job. Looked amazing, but got to the front desk & was informed by Jenn that I had to pay a "reduced fee" for 1 of them & 1 he "did not charge me". I was so upset to think he does not stand behind his work, coupled with embarrassment, that I paid!! I am writing this review due to the fact I expressed my unhappiness with his decision yet he would not even come out & discuss this situation with me, a patient of over 10 years, who was "not happy" & it has been gnawing at me all night!!! I had always thought if him as a dentist that "cares", I have a plethora of issues to maintain "normal dental health" but I can not believe how I was treated today & would never have expected from him.
I have had a tremendous amount of work done on my mouth from Dr Rudnick. 5 or 6 crowns, 4 cleanings a year for 10 to 11 years, & dental maintenance that has allowed me the pleasure of knowing everyone in his office by name!

I know this doctor: Over 10 years, my family goes to him as our dentist.
