last week i made an earlier appt for wed at 845 am .i got there at 830 am to fill out forms as a new patient. i waited in a crowed waiting room till 1030 am and was never called for my 845 appointment so i left. at 1115 am was called on my cell where are you? i told the person i left since i did not think almost waiting 2 hours for an appointment was very professional. her answer was you were a new patient and we had to read the papers you filled out. btw it was 2 pages. if this is how a new patient is treated how are his regular patients treated?
