Do not go to Dental Associates of Hollywood for a cleaning. The dentist, Dr. Kushner, recommended a Periodontal Maintenance cleaning for me (my pockets are 4's) when I have never had so much as a deep cleaning and did not have periodontal disease. This was the office's way of overcharging the dental insurance for excessive and inappropriate services. When I questioned the doctor the response was rude and sarcastic. I was told to take my dental business to my primary care medical doctor (sarcastic response).
