Chatted whole first visit with the assistant about their friends, ignoring me and not fully numbing area even after several nova caine injections Second visit asked that she explain as she went what she was doing and make sure area was anesthisized. Still felt pain and she continued chatting away about her friends sociall lives with her assistant. She made me so nervous I wanted to jump out of the chair. Very unprofessional.
