I have had my teeth cleaned in Dr. Young's office for 3 years. Recently, I found some billing problem, I called their office several times. But I can never speak to Dr. Young. The front desk said he would return my call. But it never happened. I just kept getting the bills for my last visit.
And be careful, even you do a regular cleaning by the assistant. If the assistant ask Dr. Young to come by or ask him questions, you will be charged $38 on his expertise. That's what I was told after 3-year service.
