Dr. Fisher is painstakingly detailed in performing his dental procedures be it a simply filling or a crown procedure. For that alone, he's probably the best and most expensive dentist in Miami.
Unfortunately the opposite can be said about his office manager, Benita. She is courteous on the first day I came to the office. After that, she can be curt, especially when I ask her about my dental insurance details and/or billings.
Dr. Fisher really needs to start paying attention to the customer service aspect of his office.
