This dentist repeatedly charged over the co pay requirement set by my insurance company.
After 9 month of negotiation, we recieved a check for over $400 in overpayments made to this dentist!!!
please make sure you check your insurance policy and the claims made. this dentist not only charged us for the procedure, but he also made a claim to th einsurance.
