RUN! My poor elderly parents have been completely exploited by this dentist.
My 85 year old parents went to this dentist in September 2024 for dentures. It is the end of March and she still does not have her dentures. They have come back ill fitting FIVE TIMES! She finally told the dentist she would like to have her money back so that she can go elsewhere. The dentist is now dodging her. She went for an appointment today (scheduled two weeks ago). She told the receptionist that she wanted to talk to the dentist about getting a refund. She sat in the waiting room for 30 minutes and then was told the dentist was not there.
She then was told that they would have to deduct all the office calls from their refund IF the dentist wanted to refund her. Why should she be charged for all the visits when they cannot get the dentures to fit properly? How is any of this her fault? Disgracefully taking advantage of elderly patients. This dentist should be ashamed!
Also, before her dentures were "fitted," the dentist told her she needed a root canal (additional $2k). She immediately began having pain after the procedure. The dentist put her off, so she went to another dentist who had to pull the tooth because it was so damaged.
