SCAM you with prices, dental work you don't need and with $5"OSHA" fee-MUST PAY IN CASH! manager is a LIAR rude, so as dentist, if you can call her a dentist.I prefer con artists. I got suspicious with their dental evaluation, and manager's "25%" discount (which was double price from other dental clinics) After their evaluation I felt that I had to get rid of all my teeth and gums.I told them I saw an orthodontist earlier that day (orthodontist who doesn't practice general dentistry, but way knowledgeable then general dentist) who took the X-rays and the only thing he said I needed a regular cleaning from dental hygienist and that's what I was there for. So, the manager got so rude and defensive.He literally told me that I was a waste of their time and I should leave, so they wouldn't waste their time on me. I was shocked and on my way I saw a dentist, so I wanted to make a complaint about her employee, and guess what, she was so unprofessional, totally ignoring me and her manager was:"you have to leave, she doesn't wanna talk to you, if she did want to talk to you she would turn her back,she can hear you."I was insisting,so she turns her back and asks me:What do you want?It's my problem to deal with my employees.Leave my office.

About Hygienist: So unprofessional, liar.My appointment was at 2.30 and I was late for 3 minutes.Hygienist tried to convenience me, that my appointment was at 2pm and she's been calling me.I double checked my appointment which was at2.30and my phone,never received any calls,voicemails,text messages from her or any employees of their.(Did she have mushrooms for her lunch that made her to hallucinate?)She told me my insurance covers a regular cleaning and in front of her manager rejected that. She said she had never told me that. when the manager is also lied to me that my insurance does not cover the regular cleaning and I've to pay for deep cleaning out of my pocket.I was suspicious and called my insurance to confirm, my regular cleaning was covered,but dentist hygienist and manager wanted me to pay out of my pocket a double price.
