Dr. Velez is professionally incompetent. She wants to do all the procedures such as root canals for molars, surgical extractions, wisdom teeth extractions, and others that normally are referred to the specialist. Basically she wants to make all the money even when she knows she's not capable giving the treatment. When she attempts the procedures, often times she can't finish them. For example, she broke a tooth during extraction and sent out to oral surgeon, and she started the root canals but couldn't find all the canals, and sent the patients for endodontists. That unnecessarily increased alot of pain and trouble for patients and wasted money too. Dr. Velez doesn't know where her limits are and doesn't give the patients and procedures enough respect. She doesn't communicate well. Dr. Velez performed an irreversible procedure on my tooth and then realized she shouldn't have started the procedure due to her own carelessness. It resulted in me have the tooth taken out. I don't want to go in to the detail here. Her assistants are very mean and offensive when asked questions or further explanations. Overall, I do not recommend Dr. Velez and the office if you want your treatments to be done right
