General dentistry. Office is nice, I have no complaints about the dentistry itself. My issue is they continually try to sell you anything they can. Additionally, twice they have done procedures not covered under insurance even though we specifically told them not to do anything outside of insurance, they did it again. Office never sent follow-up reminders for me and my three children. We were behind in our 6 month regular cleaning appointment this last time, even though we have regularly seen her since 2006. The doctor announces to the entire waiting room that she, "knows I don't like the dentist, but keeping regular appointments in necessary." That was unprofessional at best. I have a family member in another state that is a dentist. After explaining my experience, he told me to run, don't walk, to find another dentist. That is what I am doing.
