Unprofessional front office staff. My husband visited Dr. Dubin for an emergency root canal when our regular dentist was out of town. He treated the wrong tooth. Then we changed insurance companies and it has taken 2 years of my calling Marian in his front office to get the claim correctly filed. Today, I discovered that our account has a credit. Marian told me that they make no effort to refund credits "because most of our regular patients just use them up." They obviously don't review their financial accounts. If I hadn't called, they would have kept our money!
