Dr. Richard Szikman's office is fantastic. All the staff their are very very nice and pleasant. The office atmosphere is very relaxing and pleasant. There are waterfalls in every room (large one in waiting room). TV's in every room to watch while you get worked on. Also in every office the wall that faces the outside is all glass, so if you don't want to watch TV you can watch the nature outside. I just recently chipped a tooth that had a old filling in it. I was able to get in the same day it happened and had my inlay done and put in within 2 hours... I was amazed. The only complaint I have was there was no payment solution. My insurance only paid 50% of the inlay so I had to come up with over $300 cash that I didn't know I would have needed that day. I was told when I asked if I could be invoiced over the next month the response was that I had to make arrangements for that before the service was done. Not sure how I was suppose to do that when I didn't even know to do it or how much it was until the time of the actual service! They did let me put $100 down and paid the remainder on my next pay day which was only 2 days away. Other than that the experience at this dentists office was excellent!
