Dr Hopper's office is just out to gouge as much money as he can from his patients. I used to work in medical billing and they do not bill correctly and when they owe money back to the pt, they drag out refunding the money. Plus, he tries to upsell on unnecessary services as well as encouraging folks to come in every 3 months for a cleaning. Ridiculous! He also gives incentives for good ratings on review sites which is gaming the system unfairly in his favor. STAY AWAY!!!
