I have seen Dr. Pafford for 30 years and am so pleased that I drive from Atlanta to Lawrenceville to see him. My sister drives from Madison / Greensboro area to Lawrenceville to see him. He has told us both that he would understand if we wanted to switch to someone closer to home, but we are so pleased and our visits are so infrequent, it is worth the 30-75 minute commute.
He is incredibly gentle and I have never felt pain while having several dental fillings in my youth and 4 crowns in adulthood. Even once when he had an emergency patient and had to leave me in the chair during a filling replacement and the anesthesia started to wear off before he returned, I preferred to endure a tiny bit of pain and there was very little discomfort. He is a wonderful dentist!
