About Front Desk: If you are looking for a dentist...please do not use this office. Unfortunately I learned this too late and after my family had to experience a bad experience with the staff. I ignored what they would say about their visits but I should have listened. The administrative staff at this office will cost Dr. Mehta tons of patients over the years. Customer service does not exist and patient service is just as bad. RUDE!!!!!!! LIARS!!!! UNCARING!!! INCONSIDERATE!!! They cancel appointments and then lie and charge you $75 for appointments you were not aware of...they verbally lie to you to justify their decisions and do not care about keeping you as a patient long term. I rarely write reviews but I decided today that I could not let a day go by without making an effort of preventing someone from having to go through what I went through. I have faith that there are other offices that will treat their patients much better and I urge you to find another dentist office if you are there and if you are looking for a dentist DON'T USE THIS ONE!!!!!
