About Front Desk: Deteriorated over the last few years. Seems to be severely overbooking, no longer offers to call about cancellation openings if patient has scheduling conflict. No longer has professional, caring attitude that was always present in Dr Haydon's office. Recent threat of cancellation fee for no 48 business hours notice when trying to reschedule was unnecessary & poor judgment.
