Dentist himself is OK. Not personable. Never real;y comfortable with him, but no real dental problems.
Office staff, service and policies are lousy. Bad appointment making policies. Can't make next 6-month appt when at their office for a cleaning. Can only make appt two months ahead of time. They open the books on the first of the months. Everyone floods the phones on this day. If you don't get through right away, your appointment choices are very limited.
Unfriendly and unhelpful staff. Frequently rude. Must be the office manager's problem.
