We came in on short notice with an emergency, the staff could not have been nicer and more pleasant to work with me regarding my insurance. They were so kind to my daughter; they all made her feel comfortable mentally, as well as physically.
Dr. Vlass was comforting to my daughter and informative to me about the options we had. I could not have asked for a more pleasant appointment under the circumstances. My daughter HATES shots and had absolutely no problem with the two she received.
The office called the day after the appointment to check with us, called in a prescription and again followed up the next day. We have a follow up appointment next week to complete what needs to be done. Wonderful!!
