Dr Kakos does not do his own root canals.
Dr Kakos office does not do proper radiographs, so when he does send you to an endodontist, they will redo the X-rays.
Dr Kakos phones do not work properly—they go to voicemail hours before closing
Dr Kakos uses two endodontic offices, and both are problematic—one wants to charge an emergency fee even for regular appointments, and the other left my temporary crown filling way too high and jagged so that I was in pain for 3 days and did not return my voice mails regarding this.
Dr Kakios has zero interest in improving his practice or patient satisfaction. Also, the older woman at his front desk is unprofessional.
Find a different dentist—one who is competent to perform his own work and who actually cares.
