I would only recommend this dentist if you do not have dental insurance or it does not matter to you if you use insurance or not. I say this because I chose this dentist specifically because he showed as a participating dentist of my dental plan. I even called his office and asked to make sure and was told yes. He is but his spouse who does all Root Canals in the office is not a member of any dental plans. Therefore, your insurance pays the lower amount if any because you have used a dentist outside the network. You are not told she is not a member of the network just she's his spouse, she's great and does all the Root Canals. You find out when your insurance company sends their Explanation of Benefits telling you that you have used a dentist that is not covered. They make you pay out of pocket upfront and get reimbursed by your insurance company at this office. You don't get what they have estimated you will get back because she is not in your insurance plan.
Beware of this when considering this dentist. He may be in your plan but his wife may not. They make you pay them first and you may not get half of what you paid back from your insurance company. They know all along she is not in your plan and don't tell you.
