Dr. Kimmel was excellent. I was a little concerned going in after reading the other review, but ended up completely satisfied with the treatment. The "new" method of cleaning was great, far better than the traditional method of scraping your teeth with a metal tool. And the results were fantastic, my teeth look and feel cleaner than any other cleaning i've had before (sorry if that sounds like a commercial, but it's true). I should also note that the place was very clean, the equipment was all brand new, and the nurses and dentist were very personable and used a gentle touch.
now this was my first visit (and i will definitly go back) so i can't say that everyone's experience will be as good as mine. Be on time, your appointment will start when it is scheduled, unlike other places that have you sit in the waiting room forever, dr. Kimmel is very particular about being on time (perhaps that's why the other reviewer felt rushed?).
if i have a bad office visit, i'll write about it, otherwise i give this place an a+.
