I have been a patient at Dr. Morganeellis' facility for approximately 20 years. I was happy until recently. It seems that the last couple of years the staff is not consistent which as a patient you seek continuity. The billing upfront versus charging your insurance and then billing you is ridiculous especially when you have been a loyal customer. My last consultation was hell. Dr. Morganelli told me that I had no right to demand a particular hygienist even though I reqested her 6 months ago. I also verified that I was seeing this hygienist approxiamtely a month ago when I called to cancel my son's appointment. He told me that I would not be welcomed at his facility if I questioned my services which is what I did at the front desk. I referred to him as "Morganelli" which is common and he told me that it was "DR. Morganelli" to me. He did not give me the courtesy of explaining myself and he did this all in front of the hygienist and the doctor who was checking me. This was totally unprofessional and I could not believe it. After reading the reviews my experience is consistent with what I have read. It is very unfortunate that customer service is lacking at this facility.
