I found Dr. Alan Prochot and his staff (Kristy, Holly, and Mary) to be knowledged and friendly. They knew how to reply to all of my questions, and treated me like a person and not production. Alan went over my treatment plans and made it clear he wasn't going to do extra work that didn't need to be completed (some doctors will tell you that you need a cap when it can be a larger filling). Monee Dental Associates processed my insurance quickly and was able to let me know how much my patient portion would be (upfront). I really loved the experience and look forward to telling everyone about him and his great staff.
