His controlled substance license has been restored after being fined and having controlled subst. license indefinitely suspended in '99 for prescribing controlled substance for himself and his spouse and "excessively using controlled substances" -- so he's back in full business after some years of just doing limited cosmetic procedures that didn't require use of drugs.
