Dr. Young is a good dentist. Yet, it is impossible to get an appointment with her. They hardly ever answer the phone. You call the office several times and leave messages; noone ever gets back to you. When you are connected to someone, they are never helpful. The business is ran poorly. It's unfortunate b/c I really liked Dr. Young. Now I transferred my dental care to someone who is just as nice, if not nicer, and whose office offers professionalism.
