I always hated going to the dentist...until I started seeing Dr. Younan. From the very first visit, Dr. Younan's approach was all about my comfort, talking to me about dental matters in a way that I could undersatnd, and generally taking an interest in me and my dental hygiene. She does not take a "scolding" or dismissive approach when I ask questions as so many other dentists have done. Nor do I feel like she is trying to finish with me to move to the next patient.
The facility is very pleasant. I knew I had found my dentist when I sat down in the chair and was asked if I preferred to watch the flat screen TV situated immediately in forn of me or if I would prefer to use their iPod to listen to music during the appointment. Oh, and the chair has a massage feature that can be controlled by the patient. Maybe not quite a spa, but everything they did was focused on comfort and relaxation - a good thing since I hate pain.
About Hygienist: Vivian is the best! Gentle, warm and friendly, does a great job.
