About Front Desk: The help at the front desk ought to learn how to be helpful. She treats people however she feels appropriate and the dentist won't say a thing to back up the patients. About Hygienist: The dentist spent much of that cleaning time talking than cleaning. The first time was great but other subsequent cleanings were unsatisfactory. There're no hygienist or dental assistant to help. Most importantly, my mouth doesn't feel clean after his cleaning.
