We went to Dr. Levy last year (2004) and had dental insurance and paid for our visits. But I'm a scardy cat when it comes to dentists, so I missed one appointment with Dr. Levy. Instead of having someone call us to find out why I missed, which is my fear of dentists, he instead sent us a very nasty letter telling my husband and me that we were not welcome back and if we tried to make an appointment with him, we'd be denied!!
Am sure glad I found this website to post this to warn others of his business practices, because I've been shocked ever since I received the letter.
I've worked in the dental field myself and have worked with dentists many years ago, and greatly appreciate the fine work they do. I am just appalled by the treatment we received from Dr. Levy.
Dr. Levy should know and understand that some people just have a fear of dentists.
