I needed to have a wisdom tooth pulled and Dr. Galic said that this would be a simple procedure and did not require an oral surgeon. Stupidly, I trusted him. It took over 2 hours for him to remove the tooth. I sat in the chair with blood spurting from my mouth (I could feel it hit my hands) crying just wishing it was over. At one point during the procedure he started cursing. I asked for more novacaine once and he yelled at me. He ended up not being able to pull the whole tooth, and left part of it in, telling me that it was OK to do that. I visited him twice the week after the procedure telling him I was in pain and could not sleep. He told me he thought I had a problem with Tylenol with codeine! (I had taken only ten pills in a week). Finally, I saw another dentist who IMMEDIATELY referred me to an oral surgeon to finish his hack job. I had a nasty infection and ended up losing the tooth next to the one orignally needing to be pulled.
