Dr. Perna is not very personable, and he made a series of errors that cost me no end of pain and time. He didn't listen very carefully when I was expressing some discomfort, and when I developed a serious infection- he would not take an emergency appontment, and by the time I got in to see him I was in so much pain that I vowed never to set foot in his office again.
