Dr. Heiferman is terrific. Very thoughtful practitioner. Serious about the treatment; gentle in her manner. She took great care not to cause any pain during the drilling. I have had several fillings drilled out and replaced. I have had many positive experiences with Dr. Heiferman. Love her. My wife and three kids (10, 10, 13) use this dental practice. I have only heard good things from them. Very clean facility. Massage chair. Pricing seems reasonable. Scheduling was not a problem. Easy parking out front.

About Front Desk: Peggy is great. Easy scheduling. Always in good spirits. She calls to confirm all appointments. Handles changes and cancellations. Schedules appointments so their is little or no waiting prior to treatment. Very personalized service.

About Hygienist: Tess, dental asst., did a good job during the procedure. Quick with the suction when there were fluids in my mouth. Accommodating with sun glasses and back and neck support pillows. Very nice.
