I have had a successful, and relatively painless (except for the novocaine) root canal done by this dentist. Also several emergency appointments. Dr. Chiru is very gentle in her treatment and careful to cause as little pain as possible. She is very professional but has a friendly and caring attitude towards her patients.
Her hygienists and reception personnel are friendly and are as helpful as possible, within their limited scope of knowledge.
Dr. Chiru is also honest regarding fees and treatment options. While not the least expensive dentist I have seen, her fees are comparable to charges of most other dentists. Considering her expertise, I believe her charges more than reasonable. Payment is due upon receipt of services.
I don't know all the plans accepted at this clinic but I have the standard State of Illinois Quality Care Dental Plan. There is no problem with my insurance and I believe that Dr. Chiru accepts a wide range of other dental plans.
I would certainly recommend this dentist.
