I received a root canal on a molar and within two years of the procedure, I now have a fractured root on that same tooth. Currently being asked to now have a dental implant done for that tooth and the original molar must be extracted. The crown that was put on after the root canal is less than 2 years old, cost me $700 and now must be extracted along with the tooth. This has become a very frustrating situation in which was not explained to me with any sort of clarity or compassion. Customer service at this office is less than friendly and at times I also felt that unnecessary dental work was done for cosmetic reasons. Example: A cavity was drilled out and refilled even though there was no pain or discomfort because he claimed that the filling was becoming damaged. I am currently seeking a new dentist.
