Dr. Lau is the best dentist! He is so gentle that getting a cavity filled was a breeze. It normally isn't for me because I take forever to get numb, but he knows what he's doing. He is always very kind and courteous. Not a big talker which is good because it's very relaxing in the office. The staff is friendly too. I had to switch my daughter's appointment last minute and they were very understanding about it. Most offices are worried about losing money when you do that, but they treat their patient's very respectful and thoughtful. I will go to this office (in Gurnee) as long as we live here.
