I had my son get his first cavity and "Dr. Jack" did a great job with him. My son never complained about getting a shot or any pain. Dr. Jack even sent a hand written note to my son stating how well he did. It was a simple gesture but it meant a lot to my son. Needless to say I was quite impressed...the personal touch in business and medicine is gone these days. It was nice to know that a little bit still exists.
