I had a root canal with poor local anesthesia. Continued pain and heat/cold sensitivity followed. He declined to see me again-felt procedure had been complete. My general dentist sent me to another endo who found a missed (4th)canal. His refusal to f/u after a costly and painful procedure says it all.
