When it comes to Dr.Kaplan, you will notice that he is very nice and even though he likes to tell funny stores while doing his job he is really cool and very hardworking. This is my second root canal and both times I have been nervous but talking to him and the assistant while it was being done, it didn't feel any pain. I'm a very curious person so whatever I would ask him he would always give me background about what I have asked about and then a more straight forward answer. Yes, he may be on the expensive side, it's worth it. :)
