I had a complication from a routine root canal. He did not offer me an appointment to correct the issue for 12 days I made a stink, and said it was absolutely unacceptable, and I wanted to see another doctor in the practice. It would have taken him one hour. He would not fit me in because "If I do that for you, then I have to do that for all my patients. That is not how I run my practice".
So, a complication from a routine procedure that rarely happens, and causes a patient discomfort, is not a priority. He even said that "I wouldn't be charged for it", Bad medicine, and bad business practices. You take care of a patient, especially if a complication causes a patient discomfort, and money is not even mentioned. Deplorable.
