When my crown became loose, he was reachable via his emergency phone number. Even though this occurred in the evening (his practice was closed), he took the time to meet with me at his office to fix the crown. He even called me the next day to see how I was doing. He is the first dentist I have had that works wholeheartedly for his patients -- not for his business. You will feel like a priority in his office because you are a priority in his office.
