Dr. Zicarelli retreated a 4-yr old root canal that turned out to be the source of pain I had for half a year. He is that rare Endodontist who uses an overhead high-powered stereo microscope as he works -- an invaluable asset! His procedure was thorough, effective and I felt at all times like I was in good hands. Dr. Zicarelli is unusually approachable, communicative and empathetic -- a straight shooter who is concerned for the welfare and comfort of his patients. I highly recommend him.

About Front Desk: Courteous, attentive and supportive. His front office staff handles insurance claims with great professionalism and I got partial reimbursement back quickly.
