Some dentists & doctors are like used car salesmen-- they get you in the seat & try to sell you all sorts of overpriced options. I had a broken tooth, Dr. Gottsegen and I went over the options, and she agreed that the lower price temporary filling would be best. Over a month later I have not had a single problem with the tooth or filling. But when it does collapse, she has already given me a referral to an orthodontist (sp?) to pull the tooth surgically. There was no pain, she treated me with respect, she understood my values. I give her a high recommendation.
