My 12 yr old son broke both of his front teeth at school and Dr. Pomponi saw him the same day, even though she was not his dentist (my son's regular dentist was off that day). Her office contacted our insurance co. before any work was done to be sure we were covered, unlike my (now) previous dentist. My son was understandably nervous, and I was allowed to be in the room with him. Even though she has moved to Saugus, I will continue to go to her for any and all dental work that she can perform!
