Unethical! Began removing the wrong crown; drilled down two teeth cause she couldn't fix the bite she messed up. She wasn't even supposed to work on any of those teeth and lied to me about what she had done (said she had only polished the crown and a filling, not started to remove wrong crown and ground down unfilled teeth). Couldn't find the right polishing tip, so she skipped that step; now I have to worry all the decay wasn't removed before filling & crowning. Left filling material stuck on the side of my tooth; didn't smooth filling surfaces; filled a tooth without asking. Now I wonder if I even needed all the fillings she did! One filling broke in 3 wks; one in 3 mos. Refused to give me my records to take to another dentist. She charged me more for procedures than the subsequent dentist, using the same insurance. Dental tech does half her work, including crowns.

About Front Desk: Got a terrible copy of my x-ray; wanted to charge me or another one & said it might not be any better. Refused to give me all x-rays and any records.
