On multiple occasions, I waited in the lobby for scheduled appointments 30+ minutes. The facility was not clean and I noticed other patient's blood on equipment. Many seemingly repetitious X-rays were taken. Multiple fillings were performed without novocaine, causing severe pain for which Dr. Panah refused to prescribe medication. Fillings were left unfinished (raised) causing more pain and necessitating subsequent appointments. One of the fillings fell out within 6 months. Most of the fillings placed by Dr. Panah must now be re-done by my new dentist. Prior to Dr. Panah's work, I never had any toothaches. This dental work may have caused a subsequent abcessed tooth, 3 or more root canals, as well as constant tooth pain. I was refused copies of my dental records which I believe is illegal. This was by far my worst experience with any dentist !
About Hygienist: A good, thorough hygienist. But an extremely poor doctor.
