During a crown procedure he said to the assistant, "He wants pure gold. Not just Jews want gold he wants gold too." I was furious and my mouth was full of stuff for the procedure. Gold on a back molar can not be seen, harbors less bacteria than porcelain and is less likely to break opposing teeth. He seemed to have a problem with my awareness. He has no respect for his patients. I had brown chemical dripping into nasals 1 week after root canal. They did not address it but did not say it was normal. I saw an old woman with the same problem in his waiting room. It has been a few years and the crown has been great. I'd go back for another one, but the racist comment and the general "herd 'em in herd 'em out" mentality left me very unhappy with Dr Lender.
